Bourgogne AOC Pinot Noir 2018 Moillard-Grivot
Description
This Mollard-Grivot Pinot Noir is a model of the great red wines from the Burgundy vineyard. Pinot Noir is a very fragile grape variety that requires careful care during the entire growing season.
The vinification takes place with a cold maceration which precedes a traditional fermentation with temperature control. The wine ages in oak barrels for about 10 months.
Ruby red in color, it fascinates with hints of raspberry and red currant. On the palate it proves full and graceful, with aromas of licorice and vanilla to close the taste experience on harmonious tannins.
Ideal for white meats, especially with rabbit meat. It is excellent with lamb and duck, braised or cold cuts, but also with a gratin of vegetables or traditional French cheeses such as Reblochon, Morbier and Emmental.
