Description
This Brachetto d'Acqui constitutes Giulio Cocchi's interpretation of the characteristic Piedmontese sweet red sparkling wine which on the label depicts the original poster in the style of art nouveau.
The fruit of only Brachetto grapes, manually harvested in a basket and pressed immediately in order to obtain a sweet must with a characteristic red color, it takes the second fermentation in an autoclave where it will develop its unique aromatic qualities.
Bubbly with a lively foam and a bright cherry red color, it exudes a fresh and elegant perfume with a clear prevalence of the scent of rose. In the mouth it is sweet and slightly tannic, with excellent persistence.
Recommended in combination with fresh fruit, it offers the best of itself served in the company of particularly elaborate desserts.
