Description

Diesel Farm's Breganze Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon Rosso di Rosso comes from vineyards located in the hilly landscape of Marostica, in the province of Vicenza.

It is produced with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested exclusively by hand from the second decade of September to the first of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by a short maceration. Subsequently the wine ages for 17 months in French oak barriques.

Rosso di Rosso by Diesel Farm has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant notes of blackberry and cherry, enriched with fresh and balsamic sensations reminiscent of musk. On the palate it is full and silky, with a pleasantly fragrant and warm finish.

This red wine is perfect to accompany first courses with meat sauce and second courses with meat, both white and red.
