Description
Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Diecianni is produced by Le Chiuse, a Montalcino company with ancient origins, which today belongs to Simonetta Valiani, granddaughter of Tancredi Biondi-Santi.
It is made exclusively of Sangiovese grapes, which are vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks, with a maceration of 27 days. Aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels for 48 months.
Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it opens on the nose with aromas of ripe berries, leather and tobacco, enriched with mineral and spicy notes. In the mouth it is warm and soft, with a long persistence.
It pairs well with roasted game, stewed meats and mature cheeses.
