The Brunello di Montalcino Somnio by Tamburini is a prestigious red wine produced in the Montalcino area of Tuscany, made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes. This designation represents one of the most noble expressions of Sangiovese, characterized by structure, elegance, and remarkable aging potential. The wine results from a careful selection of grapes and stands out for its refined style and long aging capability.

After meticulous grape selection, vinification takes place with skin maceration at controlled temperature in truncated-cone wooden vats for about 10–15 days, allowing for a balanced extraction of color, aromas, and structure. The wine then matures for approximately four years in French oak tonneaux, during which precise checks are carried out to ensure optimal evolution. The aging process is completed with an additional period of rest in the bottle.

In the glass, it boasts an intense ruby red color with elegant garnet highlights. The bouquet is ethereal and broad, with a complex nose enriched by delicate vanilla nuances. On the palate, it is full, smooth, and velvety, with an intense and harmonious structure featuring hints of licorice and spices that lead to a persistent and refined finish.
