Description

Brunello di Montalcino Vigneto Manachiara was born in the Tenute Nardi vineyards, in the Sienese municipality of Montalcino.

It is made exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested manually in the third week of September. Fermentation and maceration take place at controlled temperature. The wine evolves for 18 months in French oak barrels and then passes for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Followed by bottle aging for 2 years.

It has an intense ruby red color. The nose is complex, with ripe fruit aromas that blend perfectly with floral and spicy notes. The taste shows an excellent balance, with a soft attack followed by a decisive and pleasant tannic evolution, emblem of the real Sangiovese.

This wine is elegantly combined with grilled red meats, game and stewed meats.
