Description

The Mora Bassa Classic Method Brut Sparkling Wine originates in vineyards located in the Pavia area of Stradella, in Lombardy.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, manually harvested in boxes. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with refinement of at least 24 months on its lees.

This Classic Method Sparkling Blackberry is characterized by a bright straw yellow color and a fine perlage. The nose opens with intense and delicate hints of yellow flowers, enriched with elegant vanilla notes. On the palate it is dry and elegant, with good persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, this Classic Method is ideal as a wine for the whole meal, especially in combination with first courses, fish or white meat dishes.
