Description
This Spumante Brut Millesimato was born in the historic Montresor cellars, in Verona.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested in early September. Once in the cellar the grapes undergo a soft pressing from which a fine must is obtained. Subsequently the base wine is left to mature on the noble lees in steel vats for a year in order to increase its consistency. It continues with the refermentation through the grafting of yeasts selected by us in batteries of small vats and after the second fermentation it is left to mature in the autoclave for more than eight months (Charmat method along Montresor). At least one year of bottle aging follows.
It is characterized by an intense straw yellow color, well accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is subtle and very elegant, with floral notes that go well with bread crust fragrances. In the mouth it shows excellent acidity and extreme delicacy, which accompany towards a persistent finish.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, it also goes very well with light appetizers with seafood or vegetables.
