Spumante Metodo Classico Mattia Vezzola Grande Annata Rosé 2011 Costaripa
Description
The Classic Method Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine from Costaripa comes from vineyards located in the heart of Valtènesi.
It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and softly pressed. After a vinification partly in pink, Chardonnay, and partly in red, Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine is left to ferment in small white oak barrels. Subsequently the product follows the rules of the Classic Method, with refermentation in the bottle and subsequent refinement for at least 36 months.
Costaripa Brut Rosé Classic Method Sparkling Wine is characterized by a pale old pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of undergrowth, vanilla and black currant. On the palate it is elegant and structured, pleasantly fragrant, fresh and savory.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, it also accompanies very important dishes based on fish or white meats.
