Description
Produced in Sannio, in the province of Benevento, this rosé wine Core Rosa from the Montevetrano farm is made entirely from selected Aglianico grapes, grown on volcanic hills characterized by tuffaceous, calcareous soils rich in minerals. The goal of the project is to obtain a fresh, immediate and recognizable wine that combines elegance with authentic local character.
The winemaking process involves brief cryomaceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature between 12 and 14°C. Subsequently, the wine matures for about two months on the fine lees, with weekly batonnage, to increase its complexity and roundness without losing liveliness and fragrance.
To the eye, it presents a pale, luminous pink hue. The aromatic profile reveals delicate scents of white flowers and small red fruits, accompanied by slight citrus notes. On the palate it expresses freshness, balance, and pleasant savoriness, with an elegant and persistent finish.
Perfect paired with raw fish or delicately flavored vegetarian dishes.
