Campania IGT Falanghina 2016 San Salvatore
Description
Campania Falanghina di San Salvatore was born in vineyards, grown organically, located in the municipality of Stio, in the province of Salerno.
It is produced only with Falanghina grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for about 8 months, before being bottled.
This Falanghina has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with evident floral hints of broom, enriched with delicate notes of green apple and pear. On the palate it is broad and savory, almost salty, with a pleasant persistence.
Perfect to accompany risotto and vegetables, it is ideal in combination with molluscs, crustaceans and seafood.
