Description

The Vulcanus Sauvignon Blanc & Albariño from Encomienda de Cervera is an organic white wine produced in the Campo de Calatrava area, in Spain, on volcanic soils rich in clay and stones. It is born from the union of two aromatic grape varieties, Sauvignon Blanc and Albariño, cultivated ecologically to best express the liveliness and elegance of the territory.

The winemaking process aims to enhance the freshness and aromatic component of the grapes. Attention to sustainable practices and the use of environmentally friendly techniques give the wine an expressive purity that reflects the mineral profile of the soil of origin and the natural balance of the varieties used.

In appearance, it is pale yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose, it reveals floral notes of orange blossom with a light herbal background, while on the palate it offers a fresh and sweet sensation, with generous acidity and a velvety and dynamic texture.

Ideal with fresh seafood such as oysters, mussels, white fish ceviche, tuna tartare, and grilled fish or seafood risottos.
