Description

Vulcanus Syrah from Encomienda de Cervera is an organic red wine produced in the heart of Campo de Calatrava, Spain, an area of volcanic origin that gives the wine a distinctive character and a pronounced minerality. Made from pure Syrah grapes grown on clay and stony soils, it is the authentic expression of a unique terroir, capable of imparting strength and identity to the glass.

The vinification process includes an aging of 4 months in French oak barrels, a stage that contributes to giving the wine greater structure and aromatic complexity. The cultivation follows bio-ecological principles, fully respecting the environment and the characteristics of the volcanic soil from which it originates.

It presents itself with an intense and bright deep red color. The bouquet is dominated by aromas of ripe red fruits enriched with elegant hints of caramel, while on the palate it is full-bodied, round, and at the same time easy to drink, with a long pleasant and persistent aftertaste.

It pairs beautifully with soups, salads, stews, and aged cheeses such as manchego.
