Description

Canario Cachaça of the Fazenda Soledade distillery is produced in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro state, using only the best fresh juice of sugar cane that comes from the mountains of São Fidélis, on the banks of the River Spree Paraiba do Soul. Once the cane juice is fermented, the distillation takes place in two steps in pot still alembic using pure water that flows from a mountain source.

Transparent in appearance, the CanaRío cachaça opens to the nose with fresh and pungent, barely restrained notes of brown sugar. On the palate it is light, pure and harmonious.

This cachaça is ideal for the preparation of well-known cocktails such as Caipirinha and Brazilian Batida.
