Description

Cannonau di Sardegna S'Annada di Sedilesu is born in the vineyards located in the municipality of Mamoiada.

It is produced exclusively with Cannonau grapes, harvested in October. Fermentation takes place spontaneously, then the wine ages in barriques for about 12 months, and ages in bottle for a further 3 months.

S'Annada is characterized by an intense and bright red color. The nose opens with delicate aromas of marasca and cassis, enriched with pleasant notes of aromatic herbs and sweet spices. On the palate it is balanced and enveloping, pleasantly soft and fresh.

Perfect to accompany white meats and aged cheeses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
