Carmignano DOCG Trefiano Riserva 2010 Capezzana

Trefiano Carmignano Riserva was born in the historic Capezzana del Conte Contini Bonaccossi estate in Tuscany.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Canaiolo and Cabernet grapes, harvested entirely by hand. The vinification takes place in steel tanks and then passes, in the evolutionary phase, in French oak tonneaux for at least 18 months. It is then aged in the bottle for at least 2 years before being placed on the market.

Trefiano Carmignano Riserva has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with intense hints of ripe red fruit followed by spicy notes. On the palate it is very balanced, with excellent structure and good softness.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it goes well with well-aged cheeses.
