Etna Bianco DOC Vulkà, Etna Rosso DOC Vulkà

In this box with an entirely Sicilian soul it is possible to find two wines that are born on the lava soils of the slopes of Etna.

Etna Bianco Vulkà , produced mainly with Carricante and Catarratto grapes, opens to the nose with pleasant hints of apple, enriched with notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is of good freshness and sapidity of mineral origin. Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany fish, shellfish and fried seafood dishes. Try it paired with the vegetable tempura.

Etna Rosso Vulkà Nicosia is mainly produced with Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes. The nose opens with an intense and complex bouquet of red fruit and spices. On the palate it is mineral and balanced, with soft tannins that make this wine round and well structured. Ideal in combination with semi-aged cheeses, it is perfect to accompany roast meats and tasty fish-based dishes.
