Description
The Castel del Monte Suprematism of Tor de 'Falchi was born in vineyards located near the Federician castle, on the hills of Alta Murgia, in Puglia.
It is produced with 100% Bombino Nero grapes, harvested by hand in the first week of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel wine vessels at a controlled temperature of 14-15 ° C for about 12 days. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel, on the fine lees, and in glass before being marketed.
It has a soft pink color, with purple reflections. The nose opens with fresh and delicate sensations of cherry. On the palate it is harmonious and round, with good freshness and excellent flavor.
Excellent base for aperitifs and cocktails, this wine is perfect for accompanying dishes based on fish, seafood and delicate meats.
