Description
The Marieta Rosé by Martín Códax is a rosé wine made from Mencía grapes from the landscapes of El Bierzo, in the Castilla y León region. This is an authentic and modern rosé, designed to express freshness and charm in every glass. It is a wine that combines romance and cosmopolitan style, characterized by a lively and contemporary spirit.
The winemaking process involves the manual harvesting of the grapes and careful processing aimed at preserving the aromatic integrity of the grape variety. This semi-dry rosé is aged in steel, thus maintaining its remarkable fruity fragrance and distinctive freshness, with an immediate and captivating profile.
In appearance, it displays a delicate pale pink color. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of red fruit such as raspberries and cherries, enriched by floral notes of violets and roses. On the palate, it is fresh, tasty, and fruity, with a pleasantly balanced and persistent sip.
It pairs perfectly with Japanese cuisine, pasta, fish, shellfish, salads, Mediterranean dishes, and soft cheeses like Brie and Camembert.
