Description

Produced in Spain by the Menade winery from Sauvignon Blanc grapes cultivated according to certified organic agriculture principles, this dry white wine achieves a perfect blend of aromatic exuberance and minerality. It is distinguished by the grape variety's ability to adapt to the Rueda terroir, offering an original and recognizable expression.

The grapes are harvested separately based on orientation and soil nature, gently pressed, and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. The wine matures briefly on fine lees before bottling, preserving freshness and authenticity.

It presents a light straw-yellow color and an intense bouquet of mango, passion fruit, and typical vegetal notes like asparagus. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied, and pleasant, with excellent aromatic persistence.

Perfectly paired with grilled vegetables, citrus salads, or fresh cheeses.
