Cava DO Brut Nature Rosato Moltó Negre 2021 Casa Rojo

The Spumante Brut Nature Rosato Moltó Negre by Casa Rojo originates in the vineyards located in Villafranca del Penedès, a municipality in the Catalonia region situated between Barcelona and Terranova.

It is made entirely from Trepat grapes, harvested in the third week of September. Following the classic winemaking processes, the sparkling process occurs through bottle fermentation, according to the "champenoise" method, with 9 months of aging on its own yeasts.

It is characterized by an onion pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it opens with a sweet aroma of strawberry and pastry, enriched by a distinctive Mediterranean note. On the palate, it offers a pleasant and lively freshness accompanied by a lasting flavor.

Ideal to serve during aperitifs and appetizers, it pairs perfectly with dry desserts and pastry.
