Cava DO Molto Negre Casa Rojo

The Spumante Brut Cava Molto Negre from Casa Rojo comes from the vineyards located in Villafranca del Penedés, a municipality in the Catalonia region, located between Barcelona and Newfoundland.

It is produced with Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes, classic grapes from the Penadés areas, and Trepat grapes, harvested in the second half of September. The wine is aged in the bottle for at least 9 months, thus inducing the refermentation through the introduction of selected sugars and yeasts, according to the traditional "champenoise" method.

The Molto Negre has a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a sweet strawberry aroma, enriched with sweet hints of pastries. On the palate it offers a pleasant and lively freshness accompanied by a lasting flavor.

Ideal to be served during aperitifs and appetizers, it goes perfectly with dry sweets and pastries.
