Description
Naranjas Azules is a sophisticated rosé wine produced by SotoManrique in the Cebreros area of the Sierra de Gredos. It is exclusively made from old Garnacha vines grown as bush vines, planted between 800 and 1000 meters of altitude on granite and sandy soils, mixed with schist, in one of Spain's most traditional wine regions.
Vinification occurs at low temperatures in stainless cement tanks, without maceration, with direct pressing and no contact with the skins, following the Blanc de Noir style. This process preserves the aromatic purity and elegance of the grape variety, giving the wine a distinct and refined identity.
In the glass, it shows a pale pink color, bright and clear, with rosy reflections. The nose is elegant, complex, and fresh, with notes of red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, accompanied by hints of jasmine, mint, and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is light but with great freshness and complexity, long, round, and pleasant.
It pairs well with snacks, fish-based dishes, rice, pasta, and cheeses.
