Chablis AOC 2022 Domaine Ternynck

This esteemed white wine, crafted by the renowned Domaine Ternynck, comes from the heart of Chablis, where the chalky soils and the cool climate combine to create the ideal conditions for growing premium grapes.

The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which are slowly pressed and then vinified with indigenous yeasts at 20-22°C. The wine then ages on the lees for 12 months in steel vats.

Pale golden yellow in colour, the wine expresses itself with aromas of white flowers, white peach, almond, hazelnut, citrus and iodized notes. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a long finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with grilled fish or oysters, as well as with cheeses such as goat's cheese, Comté or Emmental.
