Description

Chambolle Musigny de Drohuin was born in vineyards, organically run, located in the heart of Côte de Nuits, between Morey-Saint Denis and Vougeot.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place with controlled temperature maceration for 2-3 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages for 14-18 months in French oak barrels, before being bottled.

Drohuin's Chambolle Musigny has a ruby red color. The nose opens with a complex and intense bouquet of violet, black cherry and damp earth. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with smooth tannins and notes of cherry and candied fruit.

Perfect to serve with meat dishes, this red proves to be wonderful in combination with fresh and aged cheeses.
