Champagne AOC Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2010 Joseph Perrier

The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Vintage by Joseph Perrier is a pure expression of Chardonnay extracted from the Grand Cru and Premier cru of the Vallee de la Marne.

Specifically, the grapes used for the assembly - Chardonnay in purity - are harvested in the localities of Chouilly, Avize, Cumières Blanc and Le Mesnil sur Oger. They are vinified separately in steel containers, before being joined at the time of bottling. After the refermentation in the bottle, the wine rests on the lees for a period of not less than 6 years.

It has a straw yellow color, at sight, embellished with very fine chains of bubbles that make it shiny. Notes of grapefruit and pineapple mix with the floral ones of jasmine and the sweet ones of honey. In the mouth it is fine and precise, balanced between the body and freshness. The finish is complex and persistent.
