Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs AOC Extra Age Lanson

The Blanc de Blancs Extra Age of Lanson, unlike the champagnes of the classic line obtained from wines of different vintages, derives from the union of large thousandths, which the maison releases only in exceptional vintages.

Obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested only in the cru vineyards of Avize, Cremant, Oiry, Oger and Mesnil-sur-Orge, in the renowned Côte des Blancs, this sparkling wine is the result of fermentation carried out without malolactic fermentation, in full respect of the principles the maison that aims to preserve the purity of the fruit, and an aging on the lees for at least 5 years.

In the glass it has a straw yellow color and minute and persistent bubbles. On the nose it shows signs of maturity, with hints of toasted hazelnuts and almonds that dissolve on a clear mineral background. Champagne of great harmony and freshness, in the mouth it is both rich and delicate, animated by a joyful freshness.

Ideal with fish and seafood preparations, it goes very well with fresh cheeses.
