Champagne Brut AOC Cordon Bleu
Summary
- Champagne AOC Cordon Bleu, 0.75 l
- n. 2 flûtes
Description
De Venoge is a historic Maison located in the Champagne dell'Epernay. The Brut Cordon Bleu carries within itself a reference to the ancient Order of the Holy Spirit, the most prestigious chivalric order of the French monarchy, whose members wore a blue ribbon called "Cordon Bleu".
It is composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and the remaining 25% Pinot Meunier, with the use of a total of 25% of Riserva wines. This is followed by a stop on the lees for a good 3 years, but it is only the beginning of a possible process of bottle aging that this Champagne would be able to support.
The vivacity of the perlage amplifies the olfactory stamp of white flowers, delicate yellow pulp fruit, butter and notes of dry pastry. The fresh-savory finish fits discreetly into a frame of round softness and persists in a very balanced memory.
Perfect for animating aperitifs with friends or to enhance a vegetable flan.
