Description

Born from the unique vision of recreating the perfect vintage, Grand Siècle N°26 combines the complementarity of 2012, 2008, and 2007. Predominance of Chardonnay complemented by Pinot Noir, sourced from 11 Grand Crus, with at least 10 years of cellar aging. Rare—only 26 iterations since 1959—it reveals highly complex aromas, maintaining vibrant acidity and timeless elegance, with lasting freshness and balance.

A white gold hue with delicate and persistent bubbles. An extremely complex nose blending aromas of honeysuckle, lemon, clementine, and fresh butter, followed by hints of hazelnut and a touch of honey.

A delicate and fresh attack on the palate, with flavors of candied lemons and fresh hazelnuts. The palate is silky and mineral, with notes of honeysuckle, slivered almonds, and clementine. Serving temperature is recommended between 10°C and 12°C.

Pairs with high-quality products and refined dishes, land and sea pairings, shellfish and noble fish, white meats, such as Thai-style langoustine tartare or Bresse chicken.
