Description
This Champagne comes from a single Premier Cru vineyard, the Clos du Moulin, located in Chigny Les Roses, in the famous Reims Mountain, from which also one of the oldest cuvées de prestige champenois derives. Great classic of the Cattier maison, already known to most for the Armand de Brignac brand, it is obtained from a blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It remains on the lees for at least 36 months.
It presents a complex and pleasantly enjoyable nose. Its notes are reminiscent of dried fruit, honey, brioche. Very fresh, energetic and magnificently dynamic, it expresses itself with aromas of hazelnut and red fruits. Minerality and extreme cleanliness guarantee absolute pleasantness and perfect drinkability. It gives a long finish of gingerbread notes.
It goes well with fish and white meat dishes. A must try with sushi and sashimi.
