Description
The Champagne Brut Rosé by Louis Brochet is produced according to the method traditionally used in the region of the denomination to produce Champagne Rosé, combining red wine with white wine to form the cuvée which will undergo sparkling wine according to the dictates of the champenoise method, concluding with a short refinement in contact with its yeasts.
It has a bright pink color, with an exuberant foam and a lively and persistent perlage, shows off a range of aromas on the nose that insists on notes of red berry fruit, with hints of cherry and raspberry. On the palate it is elegant and light, with a pleasant sapidity.
Ideal to accompany all fish dishes, it goes well with white meats.
