Description
Champagne Pinot Noir TX17 from Champagne Bollinger is born in vineyards cultivated on the hills of Aÿ, in the Champagne region of France.
It is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, half of which is fermented in steel, the other in wood. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method with an aging of 42 months.
Pinot Noir TX17 has a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with hints of flowers and dried fruit, as well as notes of apricot compote, acacia honey, licorice, tobacco and mocha. The sip is multifaceted, with an excellent balance between freshness and acidity. The finish is long and persistent.
Perfect for the whole meal, it goes particularly well with roasted noble poultry and cheeses with a flowery rind.
