Description
The White Label is an original champagne, conceived for a trendy aperitif, to be served in glasses garnished with orange peel, raspberries or mint leaves.
Born from the will of Jean-Paul Gandon, well-known chef de cave of Lanson, it is made up of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Fermentation takes place without malolactic fermentation, according to the production philosophy of the maison, which wants to guarantee the purity of the fruit. The higher dosage, demi-sec, allows a more important expression of the aromas.
At the sight straw yellow, with a minute and persistent perlage, it opens to the nose on notes of raspberry and orange peel, with hints of mint. In the mouth it is balanced and mineral, well balanced.
Serve at the time of the aperitif, it is ideal with all courses based on fish.
