Description

The Champagne Brut Collection Vintage is one of the finest vintage champagnes from the Maison Nicolas Feuillatte. It is distinguished by its balance and character, resulting from an equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. A symbol of elegance, it is designed to express the full richness and complexity of the Nicolas Feuillatte style, ideal for accompanying special or convivial moments.

The winemaking process takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, followed by a minimum aging period of 7 years in the cellar. Each cuvée is the result of a careful selection of wine bases, crus, and processing techniques, with dosages adapted to enhance the aromas and flavors typical of the house's style.

It presents itself with an elegant bronzed gold color with silvery reflections in the glass. On the nose, fresh and wooded notes intertwine with hints of licorice, praline, and dried fruit. The palate is lively and harmonious, with aromas of yellow fruit, chestnut, spices, and menthol, offering a long and structured finish.

It pairs beautifully with rich dishes such as semi-cooked foie gras, mushroom risotto, carbonnade flamande, beef Wellington, or goat and sheep cheeses.
