Champagne AOC Brut Collection Vintage 2015 Nicolas Feuillatte

The Champagne Collection Vintage Brut by Nicolas Feuillatte is one of the best vintage champagnes of the Maison Nicolas Feuillatte.

The Collection Vintage 2012 is a cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in equal measure, the result of an incredible vintage in Champagne, that of 2012. The vinification takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature and ages in the cellar for at least 9 years.

In the glass, the Champagne has a golden yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there are elegant notes of acacia honey, candied fruit and brioche, while the sip emphasizes the balanced structure of the wine, which reserves a sensual complexity on the palate.

A high-level Champagne, perfect for refined combinations such as risotto with mushrooms, wild boar with olives, but also with rich, long-leavening desserts such as panettone.
