Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs AOC Sophie Baron is the maximum expression of Champagne made from Chardonnay in purity of the Maison Sophie Baron.

Obtained from a cuvée of Chardonnay carefully selected by the chef de Cave, this champagne ages for 7 years on its lees before dégorgement.

Clear and with a very fine and persistent perlage, this Champagne is characterized by ample and greedy aromas of ripe tropical fruit, pineapple and banana and by the sweet notes of vanilla and white flowers. A bubble created to give a unique pleasure also to the palate, with an enveloping impact and a long finish.
