Description

Pol Roger's Brut Réserve Champagne is an emblematic expression of the maison's refined style, representing the perfect balance between elegance and liveliness. Made with a meticulous selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir in equal parts, this Champagne stands out for its complexity and versatility, offering a sophisticated yet accessible tasting experience.

The wine is produced through alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Méthode Champenoise, with a long aging on the lees for at least 36 months. This process imparts the sparkling wine with aromatic depth and extraordinary finesse of the perlage, ensuring a harmonious and persistent evolution over time.

It appears a brilliant golden yellow, animated by fine and abundant perlage. The olfactory profile is fruity and floral, with hints of citrus, jasmine, and delicate nuances of honey and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a fresh, balanced, and dynamic taste, with a tense and slightly spicy finish that highlights its lively personality.

Perfect for accompanying sushi and sashimi, aged cheeses, or to serve on formal dinner occasions and aperitifs.
