Champagne Extra Brut AOC Vintage 2007 Billecart-Salmon

Billecart-Salmon Champagne Extra Brut Vintage is obtained from Pinot Noir grapes, which give structure and fruity aromas, and from the best Chardonnay grapes of the Côte des Blancs which bring elegance and refinement.

The Vintage is pale straw yellow in color with bright golden shimmers. The foam is abundant and the perlage is lively and persistent. The nose has a delicious and tempting bouquet of white fruit, walnuts and citrus fruits, giving way later on to hints of marzipan, fresh pineapple and Queen Claudia plum. In the mouth it is rich and wide, clean, with distinct notes of yellow peach and mandarin.

A fascinating sparkling wine to be served in the company of fish and shellfish dishes, can be combined with refined meats and risotto.
