Description
Chianti Poggio Al Sorbo di Bindi Sergardi was born in the Gragnano vineyard of the Fattoria di Marcianella, located in Chiusi, in the Sienese hills.
It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, left to macerate for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C. Subsequently the must ferments in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
Poggio Al Sorbo is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The wine has a large and intense bouquet of red fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and with a good roundness.
Perfect to accompany first courses and white meats, it is ideal in combination with red meats and aged cheeses.
