Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva 2011 Villa Cafaggio

The Chianti Classico Riserva di Cafaggio comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Chianti hills.

It is produced in purity from Sangiovese grapes, harvested entirely by hand between late September and early October. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature. The wine ages in oak barrels for 18 months and for further 3 months in bottle.

Characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose gives intense fruity aromas with spicy notes. On the palate it gives a full flavor and a good concentration.

Perfect to combine with grilled meat and noble poultry, it is ideal with game.
