Description

The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Sicelle of Pasolini dall'Onda was born in vineyards located in the Florentine municipality of Barberino Val d'Elsa, in the heart of the DOCG Chianti Classico.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages first in small barrels and then in French oak barrels.

Pasolini dall'Onda's Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Sicelle is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of red fruit, enriched with pleasant floral notes. On the palate it is balanced and full-bodied, with a pleasant persistence.

Perfect to accompany roasts and game, it is ideal with poultry and mature cheeses.
