Description
The Chianti Superiore Villa Migliarina was born in vineyards located on the rolling Tuscan hills.
It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, rigorously harvested by hand and fermented in cement tanks at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C. The wine is then placed partly in oak barrels and partly in steel for aging and rests them for 12 months.
Villa Migliarina is a wine with an intense ruby red color. The nose has pleasant hints of red fruits and hints of cherry. On the palate it is round and balanced, with the right acidity and good structure. Overall it is a wine with dry minerality and fine tannins.
Ideal in combination with first courses based on meat sauce, it is perfect to accompany red meats, such as the traditional Florentine steak, stewed and braised.
