Description
Ettari degli Dei wine was born in the beautiful Cielsereno winery, immersed in the gentle hills of Casole d'Elsa, in the province of Siena.
Made mainly with Sangiovese grapes and with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested entirely by hand, this wine is left to ferment and macerate in steel tanks for 15 days, at controlled temperatures. After the malolactic fermentation, always carried out in steel, the product remains in glass for 3 months, where it completely refines its characteristics.
Hectares of the Gods of Cielsereno has a very intense ruby red color. The nose offers a well-mixed mix of red fruit, spices and light vegetable notes. In the mouth it shows a medium-structured body, with sweet tannins and a fruity and persistent aftertaste.
Excellent with grilled red meats and stewed meats, it is perfect to accompany medium-aged cheeses and meat sauce.
