Description
The Cilento Fiano Cumalè of Casebianche comes to life in the rows of the Vigna Grande, located in the municipality of Torchiara, in the province of Salerno.
It is produced exclusively with Fiano grapes, partially crushed and destemmed and fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine then refines its organoleptic characteristics in steel on its lees for 6 months and further in the bottle before reaching the market.
This wine has a straw yellow color. The nose exudes persuasive salty sensations, embroidered with citrus tones, marine shrubs and officinal herbs. The taste is savory and fresh, persistent in the finish.
Excellent together with delicate appetizers, it is perfect with fish-based first courses.
