Description
The Domaine Alain Hudelot-Noëllat produces wines from excellent Grand Cru, such as the very precious Clos de Vougeot which gives life to this wine.
There is a great deal of attention to the raw material, i.e. the Pinot Noir grape, which is delicately harvested by hand and left to macerate with a small amount of stalk. The result is a particular expression of the fruit and a tannic complexity of great value. The aging of the wine takes place for 16 months in half new oak barrels.
At sight it appears ruby red. The perfume oscillates between a very fresh red fruit and a discreet spiciness, against the background of very light and pleasant herbaceous hues that animate the intense character of this Pinot Noir. The tannin is evident and vivid, but well managed in a velvety perception that can only evolve in elegance. It has body and juice, animating a pleasant and complex sip.
To be combined with a braised beef.
