Joseph’s Legacy is a high-end red wine part of the "The Dry Land Collection" by Perdeberg, produced in South Africa with Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault grapes from vineyards cultivated under natural water stress conditions. This wine is a tribute to tradition and perseverance, reflecting the unique quality of vines that adapt to poor soils and an arid climate, offering intense and concentrated expressions of the terroir.

The winemaking process involves handpicking the grapes at perfect phenolic ripeness. After a cold maceration to extract aromas and color, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then matures in French oak barrels to enhance its aromatic complexity and refine its tannic structure while maintaining the freshness and liveliness typical of the blend.

It displays a deep ruby red color. The aromatic profile is rich and complex, with notes of ripe plum, black cherry, sweet spices, and a delicate hint of vanilla from the wood aging.
