Description

The White Collection of Fantini Farnese was born in vineyards facing south-east in the hinterland of the municipality of Ortona, in the province of Chieti.

The must obtained from the white berried grapes grown here, following the destemming, remains in contact with the skins for about 12 hours at an average temperature of 3 ° C, before being sent for fermentation. The winemaking process is aimed at enhancing the aromatic note of the native and international vines that make up the blend.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, while on the nose it releases aromas of white fruit, among which the pear stands out. Fresh, enveloping and with a great structure, it is characterized by an intense and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes.
