Description
Colli Tortonesi Francesca di Marina Coppi comes from vineyards located in Castellania di Alessandria, a small town that gave birth to the well-known cyclist Fausto Coppi.
It is produced only with Timorasso grapes, harvested at an optimal stage of ripeness. After a short stay on the skins, the must slowly ferments in steel and ages in bottle for at least 6 months before being released onto the market.
It is a straw yellow wine of medium intensity. The nose expresses a fragrant bouquet with floral and fruity aromas. In the mouth it is well structured and fresh, with good harmony.
To be combined with appetizers and savory first courses, it is recommended to accompany white meats and aged cheeses.
