Description
This Collio Pinot Grigio was born in the vineyards of the Colmello di Grotta farm, a very interesting reality located in Farra d'Isonzo, in the province of Gorizia.
Obtained from pure Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested manually in the first and third ten days of September, this wine is left to ferment in steel for about 10 days at constantly controlled temperatures. Refine in the same containers for a short time, before being bottled.
The Collio Pinot Grigio of Colmello di Grotta is bright straw yellow in color. The nose has delicate aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit. In the mouth it shows elegance and lightness, with a good final fruity persistence.
To be consumed in the first years of life, this Pinot Grigio goes perfectly with white meats and not too elaborate appetizers. Excellent with fish dishes and light first courses, it is special with vegetarian dishes based on asparagus or green beans.
