Description

The Passito Colori d'Autunno di Sant'Antonio comes from vineyards located in Monti Garbi, in the Veronese municipality of Mezzane di Sotto.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Garganega grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After soft cold pressing, fermentation takes place in new French oak tonneaux at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 2 years in the same containers, before being bottled.

The Passito Colori d'Autunno di Sant'Antonio has a golden yellow color with amber reflections. The nose opens with delicate aromas of apricot and quince, enriched with hints of cocoa, honey, pineapple and dried fruit, with floral hints of iris and orange blossom. On the palate it is sweet, quite warm and soft, with good freshness and flavor, closing with a pleasantly intense and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany dry pastries, fruit and almond desserts, this sweet wine is ideal in combination with tasty and spicy cheeses. Recommended as an accompaniment to the Cuban cigar.
