Description
The Spumante Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Dry Undici from Tenuta Col Sandago comes from vineyards located on the estate in Col Sandago, in the municipality of Susegana.
It is produced 85% with Glera grapes and 15% with other white grapes, harvested only by hand during the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 2-3 months, before being bottled.
Prosecco Dry Undici is characterized by a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent foam. The nose opens with a large bouquet of fruity scents, enriched with pleasant floral aromas. On the palate it is soft, harmonious and pleasantly persistent. The wine has a body with a balanced acidity.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with sweets and dry pastries.
